This was the most adorable in studio family maternity session in Austin, Texas. I loved welcoming this precious family into the studio as they prepare to welcome baby number two in just a few weeks.

It is so special to share your maternity session with your older babies. I love seeing these precious little ones become big brothers and sisters and the joy on their faces when they talk about their new babies.

For this family, these are some of their last few weeks as a family of three, and I loved getting to celebrate this season with them.

At first, Big Brother felt a little shy, but he quickly warmed up to being in front of the camera. Once he did, he was such a sweet and funny little guy, and I loved the portraits of him and Dad together. They have the most precious relationship, and these photos were some of my favorites from the session. I know they will cherish these memories.

We also took the opportunity to document some solo portraits of Big Brother, which were so adorable.

The Gallery Reveal

The gallery reveal is one of my favorite moments of the client experience with clients. It’s the final culmination of weeks (sometimes months) of planning together to bring their vision to life.

Finally, getting to sit down with my clients to see their images always feels like such a treat. It’s such a beautiful reminder of how much of a blessing this work is not only for my clients but for me as well.

This Mom and Dad were crying at the gallery reveal because they couldn’t believe how we were able to get their true bond and show it on camera. Moments like these never cease to fill my heart with gratitude!
