As 2021 winds down and we near Christmas, I can’t help but feel so incredibly thankful for all of the families I had the honor of working with this year. In particular, my third annual pictures with Santa event in my Austin, TX studio was my biggest yet!
Countless hours of preparation and editing are poured into my pictures with Santa event, so seeing families enjoying it as much as I do is so rewarding!
This year’s event sold out so quickly. I even managed to open a few spots for those on the waitlist, but those sold out too! I already have families asking about it next year which I am so excited about.

With the timing of the Santa event, it always feels like a true kick-off to the holiday season!
It really simplifies Santa visits for parents by having a dedicated appointment. No need to wait in long lines or rushed photos at the Mall! Plus, this sweet Santa is so wonderful with all of the kids. He even brings his “list” and a few small gifts for the little ones!
With the option of custom frames this year it was also such a fun addition to families’ Christmas decor.
As you scroll through some of the photos you’ll see we had a couple tears! Often Moms will worry about their kids being scared of Santa – and that is not uncommon. The littlest ones who were scared of Santa during previous sessions absolutely adored him this time!
