Gosh, where to start with this sweet family and their gorgeous field session! Being a family photographer in Austin means I get to embrace that warm, Fall, Texas sunlight, and it was truly showing off for this session! The light just added to the charm with this family that evening. Between Dad’s sense of humor and the rest of us just trying to keep up with their littlest, our sessions are always full of laughter.

I first met the Torres family when I photographed baby girl’s maternity and newborn sessions two years ago. I just adore seeing Mom and Dad’s connection with their two girls. It truly never gets old to document from behind the lens!

It’s still hard to believe that the last time I saw their littlest, she was just a snuggly little newborn. Now she is on the move! I have a lot of tricks up my sleeve when it comes to toddlers in sessions, but sometimes the best images come when we just go with the flow. Little sis took the lead in this session and thankfully, we had a lot of space in this gorgeous field to let her explore. The tall grass made for the most beautiful backdrop as they cuddled together.

It was really important to me to document the bond between these sweet sisters for Mom. Big sis did wonderful at the session, and it was just a joy to see how she interacted with her little sister. There were just so many special moments in this session, I had to share!
