I’ve been documenting this sweet little one since she was a tiny newborn, and her final portrait galleries are the perfect example of what a one-year milestone collection can look be.

The One Year Milestone Collection

I love that her mom and dad wanted to keep each of her galleries consistent with their choice of wardrobe for her. Each piece is similar to the one before, so they could build a gallery and album that looked like a cohesive piece of art. I love the intention and planning that goes into bringing together a gallery like this.

Mom and dad chose the sweetest peach-colored bloomers for her to wear for her first milestone session at four months. By this session, she was working on showing off how well she could roll over all by herself.

Documenting these moments is one of my favorite parts of these sessions. Babies change so much in their first year and being sure to photograph each of their first major milestones is something parents are always so glad to have done.

By her eight-month session, she was sitting up all by herself and had the cutest chunky little legs. I love that mom and dad chose her wardrobe to show off her precious features.

For her one-year session, she wore the most adorable floral print jumper and headband. We even brought back the Moses basket we used during her other sessions over the year.

It’s been such a joy watching her grow! After her final session, we created the most beautiful quad gallery with her parents’ favorite milestone moments. It was the perfect way to showcase and remember the first year with their precious girl.
