Is there anything more adorable than a newborn smiling for the camera?! Seriously, how cute is this baby girl’s expression from the start of her studio newborn photography session?! This was my second session with these wonderful first-time parents and the first time I got to meet their baby girl in my studio here in Austin, TX.

You may remember their beautiful field maternity session here! As First Year Collective Members, they will have two more sessions to celebrate this sweet girl’s milestones this year. Plus, they received complimentary birth announcements after this session!

Newborn Photography Session in Austin Studio | A Full Service Experience

Mom and Dad were truly so excited during this session. It was hard not to smile along with them the entire time! Helping to make the session process as easy as possible for them as they transition to this new season of life was so important to me. Mom was able to enjoy professional hair and makeup with my fabulous team while I got started photographing baby girl. Meanwhile, Dad took a power nap!

I’m still shocked men can actually fall asleep that easily (LOL!) but I’m so thankful that my studio feels comfortable to clients. That newborn stage is exhausting and exhilarating at the same time. So, offering new parents a chance to relax and soak it all in during their time in my studio is really special.

Mom’s dress and all of baby’s swaddles and headbands are part of the client wardrobe. This service, along with the professional hair and makeup, is complimentary for each session. That means you can literally show up in yoga pants and be photo-ready in minutes!

We’ll continue building onto a custom wall gallery for their home, which includes one frame from each of their sessions so far. A custom-designed heirloom album will then hold more of their favorite images to ensure they can enjoy their baby girl’s images in print for years to come!
