The last time I saw this sweet family was for their maternity session and I have been counting down the days to finally meet baby girl! I knew this would be such a special session with big sister involved. As a Cedar Park newborn photographer, I’m so thankful that I was able to document these adorable sibling moments for Mom and Dad.

With newborn sessions, I always start with solo portraits of baby while Mom finishes getting pampered with professional hair and makeup. This sweet baby girl was an absolute dream to photograph and so content in the swaddle. Plus, look at that head of hair!

Next, we added big sister! I’m telling you these were just the sweetest moments to witness. She was so gentle and happily kissed and hugged baby as much as we asked! I also made sure to get several photos of Mom with her girls. It’s so important to me to make sure Mom is in the frame, too!

As First Year Collective Members, I have the honor of documenting more of baby girl’s milestones throughout her first year. I am so excited to see her (and their sibling bond) grow!

Wardrobe, Hair and Makeup Included | Newborn Photographer in Cedar Park, TX

During her styling appointment, we narrowed down Mom’s wardrobe options to a beautiful blue maxi dress. It’s one of my favorite, classic dresses in the Client Wardrobe! Big sister looked adorable too with a flutter sleeve dress from the kids wardrobe. The floral pattern on her dress was small and subtle so it paired perfectly with Mom and Dad in solid colors.

So often I hear from clients how challenging it is to get ready while you adjust to newborn Mom life, and trust me- I’ve been there! That’s why hair and makeup is included when we work together, even for newborn sessions!

It is truly such a treat to be able to show up in sweats and a top knot for your session. You deserve some pampering, Mama!
