I can’t decide which session is best for my family?
Both Magical & Classic sessions are great experiences for your children. It truly comes down to what experience you would like for your kids and yourselves, if you are only looking for a few photos with Santa, then the Classic sessions would be great, if you are looking to get in the photos yourselves, want a more personalized and longer time with Santa then the Magical sessions are your best option. Also, if you have 3 or more kids, then we recommend a magical session so that each of them get quality time with Santa.

What if my child cries?
Part of the fun in meeting santa is that you never know how your child will react. younger kids (aged 1-3) will tend to be a little nervous when meeting santa. we will send you tips on getting ready to meet santa before you session. also, we do have some tricks up our sleeve to help get some photos with the big guy. remember one crying picture with Santa is almost like a rite of passage and make the best Christmas cards.

What is an Elf Pass
Our Santa Event is sold out every year, despite adding more days and more times. An Elf Pass allows you to be the first one to register for the following year's event. If you purchase an Elf Pass this year, you will be the first to register for next year's event.
